It is integrated to the entire EHR workflow, and it enables users to get full email functionality without leaving the EHR. It allows them to:
- Communicate with team mates
- Send encrypted messages containing sensitive info
- Send automatic notification emails when appointments are created
- Share documents with other team members
- Send OTP and system notifications from within the platform
- Send emails from our AI agent
The email backend is 100% self hosted, and we use our own email servers to host the emails.
